Business scope:

Self operating import & export business and acting as agent for import and export business, undertaking affairs related to establishment of Sino-foreign equity joint venture and Sino-foreign cooperative joint venture, and business of processing on supplied materials, processing on supplied samples, assembling on provided parts, and compensation trade), operating entrepot trade and counter trade.

Products operated:

Electrical and mechanical products, light industry products, textile raw materials, clothes, bedding, machinery and equipment, electronic products, chemical raw materials and products, and import & export of other products other than those exclusively operated by the State.

Services:

1. Independently operating import & export trade, being import & export trade agent, including handing over import related foreign exchange for import trade, collection of export trade charges, certification of origin, GSP Certificate of origin, import & export custom declaration, inspection of commodity, inspection declaration, and other related service.

2. Opening L/C for import, collecting L/C for export, accepting other methods of payment such as TT and D/P.

3. Being agent processing imported materials and processing materials supplied by clients, and other protective tariff related business

4. Being agent for obtaining import & export related official approval, rating and permit.

5. Handling automatic import permit, certificate for important industrial product.

6.Accepting entrustment to obtain CCC certification and CCC exemption formalities.

7. Accepting entrustment to obtain certification for re-imported domestically-produced products, and foreign technical certification.

8. Accepting entrustment of overseas and domestic customers to seeking overseas sellers or domestic sellers on behalf of entrusters

Agency by agreement for import

1. Domestic entrustor and foreign customer negotiate and decide provisions about name of goods, order volume, model & dimensions, payment method, delivery time, quality warranty and claim before Shanghai Xingpu Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. concludes foreign trade contract with foreign traders in the name of itself.

2. Xingpu concludes import agency agreement with the entruster.

3. Xingpu conducts import related formalities and overseas payment of goods according to foreign trade contract, and collect import agent fees from entruster.

4. Xingpu can accept entrustment to obtain import permit or other permits for certain products.

5. Provides entrusters with such services as import declaration, inspection of commodity and transportation, etc by making use of its resources,

Agency by agreement for export：

1. Entrusting exporter confirms foreign customer’s demand of goods to be exported and related provisions before concluding export agency agreement with Xingpu.

2. Xingpu provides foreign traders with bank account for receiving remittance and assumes obligation of receiving payments of goods. And Xingpu pays the entruster corresponding payments of goods on the condition that the entruster ensures delivery on time and quality of goods.

3. Xingpu handles the export formalities according to name, quantity, dimensions and amount of value of goods to be exported, whether certificate of origin and inspection of commodity are needed, name of foreign customers, etc, and copies and makes the documents according to above information.

4. Xingpu provides the following services at entrusters’ request: intra-city transport, export declaration, inspection of commodity and other convenient and quick services.
